my name is Mary Ellison.I recenty made a call to S.S to see about getting partB on my medicare I'm disable! I'm being told their going to charge me a 10% fine as far back as 2009 for not having  part B  I make 700.00 dollars a month I do have part A why so much? with my husband and I we gross 33,000 that includes my S.S she told me it was because I called April 1,dead line was march 31, I missed by one day. I try to call all month of march could not get though. Lines stayed busy. what can I do Please help! don't know what to do.
