Congratulations on your appointment by POTUS elect Trump as UN Ambassador. I voted him for many reasons, but heroin epidemic was at the forefront as to why I did as I have been personally affected by the epidemic that is killing thousands upon thousands across our great nation as you know. I think it would behoove you to add an immediate link to the home page of your website to offer help to our South Carolina constiuents who are affected by this DISEASE, similar to what Chris Christie has done in New Jersey. See http://nj.gov/governor/ whereby he offers a link to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week help. For my family member, Obamacare was a joke when he was covered by this and I called in and spoke to an operator to get him into a recovery center and they approved 3 days of outpatient treatment. Are you kidding me? Currently, I am looking into getting him on Vivitrol, he does now have health insurance with his employer, but I am awaiting to see if they will cover it. This is a no brainer and they need to cover this LIFE SAVING drug for any addict in RECOVERY. I have been told it could cost us $3,000+ for 1 monthly injection if it is not covered. I will continue to write to any/all of my elected officials and do my part to end this epidemic. Thank you for your consideratoins in this matter.
