I support your education initiative whole heatedly.  What I don't understand is why you're not just as concerned with the health needs of some of these same children.
You and I are very fortunate that we can provide health insurance for our children, and we need to help those who can't afford to.
Kindly explain, so that I can understand, how you can deny access to decent healthcare to these children and their families when the federal government is going to pay the bulk of the cost for the first three years.
