Dear Govenor:

The State of South Carolina citizens has seen two (2) natural disasters under your leadership. The first was the ice storm. All of us suffered damages as a result of the storm. We had power outages  which lasted for days. As a result of this, we had food spoilage.  The Federal declared a disaster and you only favored those persons already receiving food stamps to help them.  The other citizens did not receive any.  Why are you showing favorism? We all suffered? I remember Governor Hodges took care of all the citizens when Hugo came.

We re in another disaster with the rain.  power outages and homes have been destroyed. Are you showing favorism again? We all went through this  historic rainfall.
