Dear Governor,
I feel compelled to write regarding the decision to outsource government jobs to agencies outside of South Carolina.  As much boasting as you do about creating jobs within our state I am truly disappointed in the decision to outsource work/jobs from within Department of Revenue.  I am a 50+ woman with only a high school education and jobs at this stage in life are NOT easy to find.
