Both parents are now incarcerated. These children lived in a very violent, abusive home. Unbeknown to me and my husband my daughter was a victim of domestic violence for years. We are a working family, so the babies needed to go to daycare. Although they were eligible for ABC voucher for 12 months, and then were granted a 12 month extension. We incurred a $500.00 daycare bill, along with formula, pampers, etc overnight. We were not eligible for food stamps because of our income, we were not allowed to become foster parents, don't know why. And as of today these children get $220.00 a month. I am currently unemployed, can't get unemployment because my former employee did not report my wages to the unemployement office. I am seeking financial help! It has been a financial burden on the entire family, but these are my grandchildren!! Mrs. Deas
