Hello. To whom it may concern. I Ty R Nichols have had a bad childhood growing up! Never really had any guidance. I was in and out of trouble. My father and mother took off and basically left me to fend for myself. I was on some drugs during the time of the citation and crimes I committed. After receiving help for the drugs. I started growing up a bit realizing I wouldn't make it had I not. During this time I was working and driving to work so that I could provide for myself. And I was pulled over a total of 9 times (bad) Infact Yes I realize that. Now that I've grown up. I am dealing with issues in getting my license due to the actions taken as a minor andyoung adult. I recently was told I could not get them until 2017 in October. With that being said that really effects me badly and my three children and wife also as I am not able to drive to work to provide for them. If there ever was a way for you to help someone like me into getting my drivers license. It would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so very much for your time GOVERNOR NIKKI HALEY.
