I received a phone message that passage of the 2015 Ethics Reform bill will "restrict citizens from organizing and holding politicians accountable for voting records". I have been reading the bill and googling for info, but I haven't been successful in finding any links that address that issue. Could you please point me to the part of the bill that this criticism addresses and also to any links with editorials addressing this claim - either for or against. I would also appreciate any links to Governor's Haley's opinion on this bill.
