Nikki Haley,

    My name is David H. Prigge Jr. I am a Medically Retired Combat Veteran of the United States Army. I am emailing this message in regards to some issues that I am having. First I want to say thank you for your time and for reading this. I am a Veteran with multiple disabilities which are Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, Night terrors, Short term memory loss, 3 slip disc's in lower back area, Vasodepressor Syncope (Fainting multiple times and continuing), Hearing loss and Heart problems. All this has been going on since 2011 when I was in Iraq and I have been seeing numerous doctors for my symptoms. The main one I am having issues with is my Vassodepressor Syncope where I faint at anytime and also my heart slows down more than normal. I have been mistreated by doctors at the Williams Brian Dorn VA hospital and sometimes treated fairly but very few. I am currently trying to get to MUSC to see a specialist about my symptoms because they are getting worse and I am getting scared that I may not be there for my son and wife much longer. I have been applying for a service dog to help me out with all my disabilities or at least for my heart, fainting and PTSD and I have been denied from each place that I applied. I know some people do not understand what we are going through and how a dog can help but they very much do. I would love to have one because the K-9 will help me with anxiety, if I faint they can stay close and protect me or can go and get help, if my heart slows down they can get help and if I have PTSD episodes the k-9 will comfort me and let me know I am home. I do have a wife and friends and family but they can only do so much and most of the time they do not understand and I look like the out cast. I would like help if possible to help me get a Service Dog or get help in getting my German Shepard that has been trying to help me get trained more to be a Service Dog so that way I can feel better about myself. 
   Please help if you can. 
Also I have had so many fainting episodes due to the syncope and I can not work, drive, walk long, and do much activities and I am getting a run around with getting help with seeing doctors and getting referrals to MUSC and also having trouble getting 100 percent unemployable disability through the VA. Could you help with any of this?
