The road in question is Ramblin Road in West Columbia. It is my understanding that the issue is with the Pond Dam and the state is requiring the homeowner to fix this before the road can be fixed. The homeowner refuses to do this. What is the government, FEMA, and Department of Transportation doing to resolve this issue? You make big promises but this is one area you need to focus more on. As a Taxpayer I would like this road fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for your support in this matter! Regards, James B. Jett
