Governor Haley,
In your endorsement of Richard Skipper, you mentioned that he will fight Common Core.  On June 4, 2014 you signed a bill mandating that Common Core be replaced by The beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.  During the Spring of 2015 the SCEOC under your directive authorized the implementation of the South Carolina College and Career Readiness Standards which replaced the Common Core.  My question is that since Common Core is no longer utilized in South Carolina, how is Richard Skipper able to fight it?
