The towing company that wanted to charge vehicle owners $250 dollars to get their cars back and then jacked up the price $75 more when they contacted media is totally uncalled for, this towing company Carolina Recovery has several contracts with different police agencies as well as SCHP. As a tax payer of this State I feel that companies that do this type of business should not be rewarded with contracts by our local and state governments. And should be punished to the fullest during a rescue because of all of the flooding. Please do not ignore this!
