Rather why not start requiring all those lawn service and boat trailers start paying their fair share. Also here at the beach (don;t know about the rest of the state) there is an INCREASING number of moped and golf carts out the roads everyday. Why can't they also be required to be tagged and insured to protect those drivers who have to pay to use our roads. It is a big concern on Hwy 17 by-pass with these mopeds, that can only reach speeds of approx. 30 miles per hour, that are daily hindering the flow of traffic at 55 m.p.h. We continue to see golf carts venturing out on roads they have no business on (like business 17) and also all those young kids that are being allowed to drive them. Thank you!
