Hello, I have custody of my daughter and found evidence her mother left her unsupervised in a car while she went shopping in Walmart. I hired attorney, brought her to court for leaving child unsupervised and my daughter's therapist found it unsafe for mother to have unsupervised visitation. The judge granted her visitation back. Since when is it even legal to leave a seven year old and a 10 month old in a car in Walmart parking lot unsupervised. I feel the family court is corrupt. Please help me protect my daughter. I have already spent over 40 thousand dollars between lawyers and guardians.
