<WFUD_Request>Good afternoon, I am trying to get help with FEMA. I have been in contact with that office several times since the Flooding Disaster in October in Charleston SC.  There was erased files, mixed up names, letters not sent out as they were supposed to etc. I was declined further assistance even after their Inspector gave a report on damages to my home, which after so many delays became worse.  I was allotted $1,400 for clean up.  This barely paid for what I had to purchase to personally go in and try to clean until I started becoming ill.  State Farm declined my claim as it was not a "Named Storm" then Fema declined my appeal because they said I have insurance.  In the mean time I was out of my home Per Fema, from November until 2-15-16.  I am still without most of my belongings furniture, clothing etc, due to damage and could not afford remediation.  I needed to
move back in my home. I could not continue paying in two places. My yard still floods, front and rear and water flows from under my home when it rains. This causes continued dampness inside not allowing for the ability to totally rid it of the mold still in there.   PLEASE HELP!!!!</WFUD_Request>
