Hello, Governor  Nikki Haley  we  would  like  your  help with  this  annoying H.U.D.  client who  continues  to Harass  us  at  night she Turns   her  Bright  Spotlight  and  Shines it  on us every night Governor Nikki Haley  today is Wednesday  morning  1:15 am  3/9/16  and we've  been Harassed  Since  February  of  2011  and  H.U.D.'s  democrat  julian  castro  allows  this  to happen  he's  a do  nothing  weak  person  and has no  control  over this  Nuisance  section-8  tenant and  he allows her  to keep  this clara m. pryor  in a  H.U.D.  rent paid  house and  not being  on the lease get away  with it because her  children  live  somewhere  else  and she  just  brings  them into  the house on weekends  like as if it's  a summer home , all of this abusing  the system  she'll  be  caught  after  while.
