Can you please have a welcome letter written for the IACREOT (International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers) Conference in Myrtle Beach in January 2016. The Governor was supposed to attend, but her schedule has changed and she can no longer be there. I offered a greetings letter from the Governor to be included in the event program. If we could get this letter written for her to sign this week, that would be great. Can you please also send me a copy?

The group has a mix of Democrats and Republicans, so it needs to NOT be political.  I was thinking maybe a promotional speech about South Carolina or a positive stump speech about the changes she made in the state.   A little humor is always nice.  No need for Q&A, but if she feels like it and has time, I am sure this group would have questions for her.
