Texas DSS has a ridiculous amount of rears that I still owe. The problem is a total of 4 DSS's were involved during her active duty time that did not coordinate with Texas DSS. I have got all DSS records and awaiting DFAS to send records from 96-01 to me. Once I have all records, per family court lawyer (Stolmeier) I have a public accountant certify them and send all to him (Stolmeier). He then contacts the court. The Problem is his fee is 5400.00!! Ma'am I'm 100% disabled after my last deployment (05) and had to retire Mar 06. I'm on a fixed income of approximately 15,500 a year (Texas getting 457.00 a month) I can not afford this and I'm hoping there is an agency that can help represent me a little more cost effective. I checked through the VA with no possible avenues. Hope you can help, thank you Governor Haley for your time. 98.124.87.6
