William Davis, a resident of SC in the Myrtle Beach area, has been avoiding paying child support and he owes me about $30,000 back child support. My daughter has now turned 19 and so his accumulation has stopped.  The problem is that Maryland for some reason cannot get SC to attach this man's wages.  They have supplied SC with addresses, social security numbers and good grief he has been in jail there numerous times.  What can I do to help make him pay what the court has ordered him to pay.  Is there any help you can offer me?
