Vote YES to stop spending surpluses on Pre-K programs for minorities, Medicaid increases, etc. The SCDOT needs to be held more accountable for the Tax Dollars they spend and how road projects are awarded and prioritized. It's amazing how many of the SC DOT board members own paving companies and construction companies. Thank you.
