South Carolina Food Safety workshop
COLUMBIA—Clemson University and the South Carolina Interagency Food Safety Council will be holding a food safety workshop called Terrorism and Food Security: A Workshop for the South Carolina Food Industry. It will be held on September 26, 2002 at the South Carolina Farm Bureau, 724 Knox Abbott Dr, in Cayce.
The afternoon agenda includes a workshop entitled Protecting the Food Supply: Risk Assessment & Preventive Measures with speaker John Hoffman, Director Division of Threats and Mitigation, with the NC Department of Agriculture.
