Here's a copy of the message we sent to the school district Facebook page. Hi my son attends a great school in sc. We absolutely love it. My neighbors daughter attends westview primary which is a great school to. My neighbors daughter will be attending westview elementary next year and our concerns are that particular school does not have a play ground for children just a field. In my opinion that's unacceptable and unfair to the children when every other school in the district has play equipment. I feel like the school board has known this elementary school has no play ground for years and should do something about it. I'm thankful my son goes to a great school. But my neighbor is upset that the school her daughter will be attending doesn't have proper play equipment for young children. I understand middle schools having no play equipment but come on you'll elementary kids are young and like to play not walk in a plain boring field all day. My friend and I hope you'll will address this matter soon. Our next step is to contact Nikki Haley thanks again and hopefully the school will soon have a proper playground

Hopefully you'll can fix this and get the funds together to make things fair for the children that attend westview elementary to have fun at recess like all the other children do at their schools. In my opinion every elementary school should offer a playground not have one school with out how's that fair? I'd like you'll to list five other elementary schools in berkely county other than westview elementary that doesn't have a play park if you'll can't find five other schools then that means all others have parks so once again how is this fair ?????'
