I have lived in South Carolina since 1993. I have submitted I-130 applications on behalf of both my daughter and son who currently live in England. My daughter's category is F3, with an application date of 10 February 2011. Last year we received a request to submit data that my daughter was legitimate when she was born, and evidence that we have maintained a relationship since I moved to the USA in 1993. We did so, the information was approved and her file submitted to the National VISA Center. They are currently processing applications from 15 November 2003. So we have waited 4 years so far, and based on this data have another 8 years to wait. We do not believe that is fair. We are following the Law, paying the fees, submitting all of the requested data, but it appears that our children will have to wait for up to 11-12 years to legally move here. My son's application date is 17 June 2013, I do not know what his category is, but he is currently not married. Both of my children have college degrees, and would be valuable additions to the USA. Please can you do something to help my children get Work Permits until my sponsorship gets them a Green Card? Once Volvo have announced who will be the General Contractor to build their assembly plant we would appreciate any help in submitting my daughters resume for review.
