I understand your concern re Subject as I have those concerns about the subject and Tennessee.
I'm just a retired citizen but, were I governor, I would load up refugees sent without my approval, as governor, and drop them off in DC by the White House.  I would then notify the local Police of my actions.  I believe the 10th Amendment gives governors the power to deny such actions by the Federal Government, after all, the States created the Federal Government as their servant to handle certain aspects of the nation, so the States rule the Fed. Govt., Not the other way around.

I wish you and SC the best in this fight.. I hope my Governor has the backbone to act to stop Muslim Refugees from entering Tennessee.
Many Muslims are peaceful citizens or residents but, If the Muslim Powers that exist command them to commit terrorist acts, they must comply or they will be killed by their own people.  So EVERY Muslim is a potential terrorist.
