I am Petty Officer Second Class Ryan LeValley serving in the United States Navy. I am a resident of SC and own property in Lancaster County, SC. The reason I am contacting you is that I am putting in an application to become and Officer in the United States Navy and part of the application process is having Letters Of Recommendation. My wife has been a resident of South Carolina all of her life and I grew up just across the state line in Charlotte, NC until we bought our property in Indian Land back in 2007.

I feel that having a letter of recommendation from you in my officer packet will have a great impact on being accepted by the Officer Review Board. I would appreciate any help.
