This letter is being written on behalf of the entire staff in the Union County Clerk of Court's Office.  We understand that Ms. Jill Phipps has applied for the position of Union County Clerk of Court.  We ask that you give serious consideration to her application.  Ms. Phipps has been an employee of the Clerk of Court's Office since March 2007 in the Family Court/Child Support office.  She would bring her extensive knowledge of that department.  She also has a general knowledge of the workings of the other departments under the Clerk of Court.  She has always shown herself to be a diligent, faithful and hard worker.  We believe she would work very hard and give her very best to fulfill the duties of Clerk of Court.
