With no knowledge other than arresting officers statement testifying that she was the "aggressor" and total disregard to my daughters health ( her head was shoved through the wall by 455lb husband and not given medical attention) the judge then imposed a NO CONTACT ORDER disallowing her the right to return to her home and children that she solely supports.The General Session court hearing is not until Feb 19 2016--She was put out on the streets of Georgetown 30 miles from home with no money  no phone or personal ID and told to find her best way home. She has been displaced from her home and no way to get her 8 year old son to school now. Her Bail $5000-totally out of line--THIS WAS 1st offense--SC Code of Laws for SEXUAL CRIMINAL Domestic Violence only require a $150O 1st offense court fee ( $150 bond)---OUTRAGEOUS--could you please have someone contact me and save my daughter from the WALKING DEAD OF GEORGETOWN-----sincerely---ken faulkenberry
