Governor,
I have a dilemma with healthcare. After 4 years of living here, I am still trying to make a go of the business I brought to SC, with absolutely no help. I just got my taxes done and I am being told that I have to report making money to pay taxes that I did not make so that I can afford healthcare. So either I pay taxes on money that I did not make or pay for healthcare that I cannot afford or pay a fine and continue to not have it. Talk about a messed up system! I have not made a profit yet, the government says that can't help me unless I show a profit on my taxes of $16,000. or more and medicaid offered me contraceptives (I'm 60 and my wife is 59). 
I am lost in what to do. Any suggestions?
