I have spoke with South Carolina Legal Services. They have advised me they can't help unfortunately. Due to the city of Greenwood SC CPW has violated Federal, State and local code ordainice. And they can only take civil cases. So what does it take for a US citizen to recover there life saving after a city entity violates there us citizenship. Even wore than the money and loss of home. I have health problems due to there, fraud &amp disregard for human life. When I was younger I worked with special needs children &amp scouts. The only thing the special needs children won't, is to be normal. And thanks to state crime, I could now find my self raising special needs children. Mushroom spine only takes four months with signal violation. I have over Two million in loss, plus home. And still no help from state or local law enforcement. With thousands of filed complaints. Failure to Provide Per the Privacy Act, per hepting vs At&ampt was a two hundred million dollar violation of the protect American Act. CPW &amp Duke Power have violated everything across the board. What am I to believe. That home owners are at the mercy of criminals due to the inappropriate entity &amp law enforcement. CPW installed to my home after the purchase, and again to new service. Just so where clear I'm seeking over a billion dollars.
