I can only guess she is making this comment regarding the GOP's running for President. I take it you must be talking about Donald Trump. First of all do not tell the American people to turn down our voices. We have a right to be loud and express our upset with the government. You took this time from us to go on TV and drop a hint against perhaps Donald Trump. That is how I took it but perhaps I am wrong but do not tell us to turn down the noise. If we were not dissatisfied with our government and the way it is going we would not have to turn up the noise. I seem to remember every time the liberals make a lot of noise someone gives into them and they get what they want so maybe we do need to turn up the noise and not lower it like you suggest.
