Several weeks ago I asked a question about the probate process.  I have not received a reply. 

If the will was to be devited between the sisters, and two of the are deceased, one prior to writing of the will, would their children move up the line and collect an amount equal to that that their parent was getting.  example  5 sisters two dead 11 way split not that the nieces get an equal share just like the sisters.
