We have tried on several occasions to file a motion to lift bench warrants and bring him home. However every time it has been a fail due to him not going to court or the solicitor not wanting to allow him to come home. The solicitor brings up these issues that are not true or have nothing to do with my husband and his case. Since my husband has been detained he has lost his grandmother and him and I lost our daughter. All he is trying to do is have his case heard and have a fair chance so that he can come home and return to work so that he would be able to help financially since I'm unable to work at this time. The solicitor keep saying that there is evidence on him in this case which has not been brought forward and this case is over a year old at this point. The solicitor keeps giving excuses as to why he want bring my husbands case forward. My husband feels like he is being treated unfair in this situation. There have been several other inmates with the same charges and worse prior records that have went to court and have been put on probation or drug court and been given the opportunity to be back on the street. My husband would like the same opportunity given to him even if that mean a tracking devise to be placed on him. I have made several different contacts and am getting the run around as to what is going on with this case. Seeing that I have gotten nowhere I'm now contacting you so that maybe you can help or put me in the right direction to get some help. I would be more then happy to explain in more detail if need be. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration on this matter. Sincerely Kayla Humphrey Davis
