Subject: Judge Jack Alan Landis Commission

Good Morning,

We just received a phone call from Judge Landis and he said that his name was misspelled on his commission. He said that his middle name was spelled Allen when it should have been spelled like Alan. In our system we have his name as Alan so I don’t know how the misspelling happened or if we did not check it when it came back to our office for Mr. Hammond to sign. He said he would like a new commission printed and sent to him. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call!

Thanks!
