Why can boat or car title not be universal. I understand that the registrations and tags have to be state, but I can't understand why the titles have to be from the state. I think it could be a universal title and American title if you will. It would really cut down on a lot of cost and a lot of red tape all the way around. I know that my local tax auditor can not lobby for me so I am not sure who I should start with. Can you help me? Thank you!
