My son made a very stupid mistake when he was barely 18 and now has the hardest time trying to even get an employer to talk with him. As soon as they pull the record - he's pretty much done even though he fulfilled all obligations given to him at time of parole and has no record since. What can be done? Please help. He is a good father and just wants to provide for his little girl. Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer. Regards - Dana T. Stadalsky Spartanburg County Resident
