Can my Property Manager come into my home and verbally assault me? I have lived here for a little over one year. The building I live in is an Historical Building and was restored in 2000.Since then, no preventative maintenance has been completed. I have been working to get same ongoing problems taken care of such as the roof. The first time I called about the roof, I was told to put out pots. I have been without air last summer for two weeks,have black mold and rotting windows. I have been before York City Council since last September begging for help for all Residents, although it seems my apartment is one of the worst.

The Property Management has claimed "Financial Hardship" just to put this matter aside once again.

Can you assist me in this matter?
