I changed my subject to "Attempt to be Heard" as I acknowledge that I finally received a response that sluffed me off to "constituent services" - whatever that is. My demand is to speak directly to Nikki Haley not someone else. I have compromised to a phone call rather than a meeting. I think I have done my part - I am now asking her to do hers. I have also changed my topic from Environment to Ethics - as I feel ignoring a tax payer's (and I pay a lot) request is unethical. 

I have a list of legitimate concern's that I want to share directly with Nikki Haley because I want a response directly from Nikki Haley.

I look forward to the direct, personal phone call from you Nikki immediately.
