I? sorry to bother you again but I just heard a story last night on the news that took the cake &amp really not only confused me but upset me more then my situation w/my accident.

I didnt hear the whole story but what I got of it was a kid on a moped was killed in an accident last night on his moped near Carolina Shores Walmart area &amp no charges were filed cus there were no lights on it?  What is wrong with this state?

The year I have been here has made me regret the move &amp my whole purpose was to give all I had to our Veterans should my cancer take my life (Denied medical coverage here, Ct completely supplied me with down to a phone-now I? sentanced to death &amp have nothing to give to our VA)...Instead, I had been left homeless due to a selfish realtor that couldnt wait 1 more week to get her commissions, almost scammed out of 17g trying to buy another property on a road that didnīt exist. Purchased another place to get me out of my car to learn its not safely habitable &amp when the flood did damage to it, fema wouldnīt help me.  In an accident trying to be nice to another person to avoid an accident &amp held responsible for it when not even moving, totaling out my antique car which the other party clearly lied about, in my opinion committing insurance fraud w/an insurance company that used google maps showing lines/arrows on the road that donīt exist. Even town hall maps dept admitted werent there. Just because a person is in a private parking lot doesnt mean its a bumper car party. Someone has to be held accountable to prevent liability for all involved. Traffic safety doesnt stop on the main roads, it continues in parking lots as well.  No one uses turning signals!  People cut one another off, cut in front of one another w/a car length between them and donīt care. On 501 I was run off the road a couple months ago by a couple drag racing &amp almost went into the guard rail as a result...Please help! CT is a crazy state to but I can say this much for them....They do drive better &amp nothing like this...When the police come on site of an accident they dont turn their back to it..Automatic police report, not like mine here were I was told to walk away from it w/a threat of my insurance going up...Please help me to help you...
