My son is seeking a nomination to a military service academy w/ Messers Sanford, Scott, and Graham. He needed to send SAT scores by a certain date. The CollegeBoard is still using the 10/3 date though the test was cancelled statewide due to the flooding. They will not give SC children their free 4 score reports because of the 10/3 date they are using. They will also not allow score reports to be paid for or scheduled to send out because the 10/17 scores are not ready  My son is missing CRITICAL deadlines for West Point for this reason but I imagine a lot of SC sons &amp daughters are effected by this for scholarships &amp college admissions.  I was on hold over 30 minutes before I got a live person &amp they were in Manila, Philippines!  The CollegeBoard makes a ton of money from SC citizens to take this test but they are NOT being reasonable to SC's students.  Please help my son &amp all SC's children.
