There is police cam as well as Jenelle's admission of them drinking when he was arrested for his 3rd DUI. Ms. Amy Lawrence of the Lovely Law Firm is his attorney and told me that his 3rd offense DUI charges were dropped. Why is this allowed in SC? I am a mom of 3 and am afraid now to even travel to Myrtle Beach in fear that this gentleman will kill my children. As a law abiding citizen of this state, I feel like answers for why this is happening are deserved. SC should be setting an example that we will not allow repeat DUIs. Instead we are sending the complete opposite message.
