I've got a right out refusal from the SC Dept of Labor, Licensing and Regulation to even address or look at the matter. (I'm happy to provide the department's refusal per Mr. Roy Boggs of the SC Dept of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation). I don't know how SC doesn't legislate safety in these matters, but this is one that is blatantly hazardous and is continuing to happen without the builders being held responsible for endangering your taxpayers.
