Follow up from yesterday's email sent:

David Cook,
Today is day 12 with no contact with my son. Zero. I think given all of his conditions they rattled off in court that they are guilty of institutional abuse. Please send Shannon Felder and Govoner Haley the following in a letter

Day 11...please be advised per the letter sent to you on September 16,  2016 by Dr. David Downie we would assert the SC Dept of Social Services is guilty by its own definition of institutional abuse upon the minor child Taylor Clement. Especially now.  63-7-20-definitions #16. The damages which have occurred since the child's removal far exceed that of the allegations and we are requesting the immediate return of the child to his mother. Twelve days with no contact in anyway for this specific child based on the Depts own Psychological evaluations performed and the known active PTSD and Adjustment Disorder diagnosis alone have certainly been to the child's detriment. 

My client has provided you with the evidence that proves her cooperation with the investigation in the beginning which has never been acknowledged which clearly shows why the child should not have been removed in the first place 
And
satisfied the concerns of the dept by separating from her husband and the home in which the alleged abuse happened and has maintained a safe suitable home for six months.
