She is using a colonscopy bag.  If true it explains why it took her longer to go to the ladies room during the debates and makes her excuse of the bathroom being farther away just another of her lies.  Also explains why she didn't go to the ER on 9/11.  Also explains why she looks like she has gained weight and has aged a lot.  Also explains why it took her so long to recover when she fell on her head.  Also explains why she always wears pants suits.  Also explains the mystery man that is always hovering over her.  Also explains why she is always taking days off to "study". Notice how tentative she walks up the stairs to the Democratic 737.
Digging further she could be using the colonscopy bag because she has ulcerative colitis , an inflammatory bowel disease that irritates the digestive system and causes serious pain and  can develop into cancer.
