Hello , Governor  Nikki Haley  we're  in  dire  need  of  your  help  Governor  we're  being  Haraassed  and  Pestered  by  this  section-8  Nuisance  mary  elizabeth  norris  who  sometimes  stays  at  3015  Haverford  Circle, Columbia , S.C.29203,  this  has  been  Ongoing  Since  February  of 2011,  with  no  end,  tonight  2/2/16  at  11: 45  pm  this  section-8  Troublemaker has  her  Spotlight Pointed  At  our  window with  the  whitelight  Beam  Turned up  in  intensity Shining  through  our  window  with  a Bright  Piercing  Light Beam  into  our window  and  also  she  is  Shining  her Bright  Light  on   us as  we enter  the  house  and  as we exit  the  house every  night Governor  Nikki Haley ,  surely you  can  do  something with the  states  law  to  do  something  about  this  Harassment  the  democrats  in  this  district  won't  do  anything  about  moving  this  Nuisance  section-8  troublemaker  somewhere  else with  her  helper  clara m. pryor .
