Belk at Northwoods mall in North Charleston is refusing to pay their employees for their hours scheduled on 10/4 due to the store being closed by corporate due to inclement weather. As per the policy, employees will be paid for the time they are scheduled. As of yesterday, they put out a memo to the employees that even though the employees were not notified, this policy changed in September/15. Leaving the employees with no pay for the day they missed due to the floods.
