I am a Skywarn control operater with Greenville Spartanburg Regional Skywarn. We support the National Weather Service Greenville Spartanburg. We provide information on whats actually happeing on the ground in referance to severe weather. I fear this bill would delay some of our communications which are made mobile,minutes count. Reports are made to a net control operater which enter the info into a NWS Chat room which is viewed by the NWS and the media. Many alerts have been sent out due to amateur radio reports. Please dont include us in this bill. Texting is one things but emergency communications is a life saver.Thanks
