At your earliest convenience please release the Headley children back into the custody of their children. Thanks to government overreach, due to misdiagnosis and gross negligence on the part of Dr. Nancy Henderson, due to gross negligence by DSS, the Headley family and their children have had to live through the worst possible nightmare of ongoing psychological, mental and physical harm. To separate a 3 year old from his mother, without due process to warrant such action, can never be properly rectified. This child suffered emotional, mental and emotional harm at the hands of an incompetent hospital staff, and because his parents sought a second opinion on this situation, this same hospital in collaboration with DSS did exactly the opposite of protecting the health and well being of this child. Together they engaged in the medical kidnapping of this child, as if he and his family had not yet suffered enough. Next, the same fate befell his siblings

To allow his 11 year old autistic brother and two more siblings to be taken from their parents, without due process, and for no other reason than the medical misconduct of a few individuals from a hospital in your State, with the collaboration of DSS, and Dr. Nancy Henderson is a violation of basic human rights and the laws that are in place to protect these same children.

The 11 year old has now been sexually abused on more then one occasion, and the rape of this child was reported on March 4th, while according to same report this rape had occurred in October of last year. Nothing was done to provide proper counseling for this autistic child. 

This is the most nauseating and criminal behavior on the part of a state agency in collaboration with a hospital, I have ever encountered.

I urge you to pull together as many resources as it takes to take swift action on this case, and return these boys to their loving parents, as the only mistake they have ever made was set foot in the wrong hospital, with a little boy in need of medical care.

Please, instead of allowing this nightmare to continue for another day, allow this family to be reunited today, so that they can begin to heal.
