Seems Berkeley County Laws Are for those Who have money &amp "Know the right people". There is an officer in narcotics Robert Boris who operates a towing company who can tow your car at will then try to impress upon you that he is an upstanding law officer. Then the Sheriff commits an obvious crime that the average citizen would still be in jail for. BTW Boris conducts his private business on county time.Nepotism &amp the "Good ole boy system" is alive &amp well in Berkeley County. I once had a Charleston Attorney tell me "Berkeley county writes it's own laws", well I guess so !! Please look at what I &amp a lot of long time older Berkeley residents are sick of !! Who owns SC the people or a select few !!
