Governor Haley,

Thank you for your response to the State of the Union address by President Obama.  On the one hand, it affirmed the fact that we share scant political ground.  On the other hand, it was a legitimate expression of the traditional policy differences between Republicans and Democrats that set forth those differences in a way that reflected mutual respect and positive regard for all citizens - something that's both rare and refreshing these days.
