I have a two year old son who was sexually assaulted by his father's younger brother. Who happens to be eleven. I am being told that legally there is nothing that can be done to him or the grandmother who was to be watching my son at the times of the assaults. I spoke to a lady who was my case worker and she has twisted conversations that we had. So now I appear to be a negligent parent. However,that is not me as a parent at all. I need help with how to handle this situation.
